Limited personal information (name, profile photo, reviews) is shared between guests and hosts to facilitate bookings and build trust within the community.

6. International Transfers

Some of our service providers are based outside the United Kingdom and European Economic Area (EEA). Where personal data is transferred internationally, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place, including Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the UK Information Commissioner's Office.

We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Service. When you terminate your account:

• Account data is deleted within 90 days of termination
• Booking and financial records may be retained for up to 7 years to comply with tax and accounting regulations
• Reviews may be retained in anonymised form
• Anonymised and aggregated data may be retained indefinitely for analytics
