By accessing or using the HolidayRentals.Club platform ("Service"), operated by Tyga.Cloud Ltd (company number 14643275, registered in England and Wales), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). HolidayRentals.Club is a division of Tyga.Cloud Ltd. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.
These Terms apply to all users, including guests, property hosts, and any person granted access to a HolidayRentals.Club account.
HolidayRentals.Club is an online marketplace connecting property hosts with travellers seeking short-term holiday accommodation. Features include, but are not limited to:

To use certain features of HolidayRentals.Club you must create an account with accurate, current information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
You must notify us immediately at dpo@tyga.cloud if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
Hosts are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of their property listings, including descriptions, photos, pricing, availability, and house rules. Hosts must comply with all applicable local laws, regulations, and tax obligations related to short-term letting.
HolidayRentals.Club does not own, manage, or control any listed properties. We act solely as an intermediary platform connecting hosts and guests.
A booking is confirmed once the guest completes payment through the platform. Guests authorise HolidayRentals.Club to charge the applicable fees to their chosen payment method.
All fees are displayed before confirmation and may include the accommodation rate, service fees, and applicable taxes. Service fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
Payouts to hosts are processed according to the host's chosen payout schedule and method, less any applicable service fees.
Cancellation terms are determined by each property's cancellation policy (Flexible, Moderate, or Strict), as displayed on the listing at the time of booking. Refunds are processed in accordance with the applicable cancellation policy.
HolidayRentals.Club reserves the right to issue refunds in exceptional circumstances, such as property misrepresentation or safety concerns.
You agree not to:
Users may submit reviews, ratings, and other content. You retain ownership of content you submit but grant HolidayRentals.Club a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to display and use such content in connection with the Service.
Reviews must be honest, accurate, and based on genuine experiences. We reserve the right to remove content that violates these Terms or our community guidelines.
All content, design, code, trademarks, and intellectual property associated with HolidayRentals.Club are owned by Tyga.Cloud Ltd or its licensors. You retain ownership of the data you upload to the Service. By using HolidayRentals.Club, you grant us a limited licence to process your data solely for the purpose of providing the Service.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal data. By using HolidayRentals.Club, you consent to our data practices as described therein.
HolidayRentals.Club integrates with third-party services to provide functionality. These include:
Your use of these integrations is subject to the respective third party's own terms and privacy policies. Tyga.Cloud Ltd is not responsible for the practices or availability of third-party services.
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance where practicable. We shall not be liable for any downtime, data loss, or service disruption caused by factors beyond our reasonable control.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tyga.Cloud Ltd's total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising out of or relating to the Service shall not exceed the total fees you have paid to us in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities. HolidayRentals.Club is not liable for the condition, legality, or suitability of any listed property.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Tyga.Cloud Ltd, its directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, breach of these Terms, or your listing or booking of properties.
You may cancel your account at any time through your account settings. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or if we are required to do so by law.
Upon termination, any pending bookings will be handled in accordance with the applicable cancellation policy. You may request an export of your data within 30 days of termination.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified via email or in-app notification at least 30 days before taking effect. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
